We structure our deals with a  50/50 split. The capital is provided by you as an investor and we take care of every detail of the purchase and management of the property. When the property is sold, you as the investor will receive all your cash back, the remaining profit will be split 50/50. If there are any cash calls through the life of the investment, these cash calls will be split 50/50 and all annual cashflow will be split 50/50.
